Vintage Banquet Room
FACILITY
All inclusive package covers the cost of bartenders, serving staff, room, grounds, set up; clean up, tables, chairs, linens, dishes, glassware, etc. We do all the work for you! Includes 2000 square foot room which opens onto a 1200 square foot patio. Outdoor tents are available for rental.
For groups of 50 through 100+, the rate is $250. For 1 through 49 people the rate is $5 per person.

Open Bar (we keep a running tab and payment is required at end of event)
Cash Bar (each guest pays for their own drinks)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Only Black Diamond Vineyards caterer and staff may be used. Only special occasion cakes may be brought in such as wedding, birthday, anniversary, shower, etc. All prices are subject to change prior to confirmation of date. A deposit of $100.00 is required upon reservation of date; room is not secured until deposit is received. The remaining $150.00 will be added to your final bill. A head count is required 1 week prior to event and that is the number you will be required to pay for. For example, if you say 100 people will be eating you will be charged for 100 people, regardless of actual attendance. If you are booking a band or DJ you will be required to pay for the entertainment.
