Our Kitchen And Special Events Menu

Our kitchen is ready to create the delicious bread and dipping oils, sausage and cheese platters and assorted panini sandwiches we will offer to our valued customers. We also have handmade signature truffles by "Heavenly Sweets," many flavors created for, and only available at, Black Diamond.

In addition to appetizers, salads, and sandwiches, we will be offering Italian Wedding Soup, French Onion Soup, and Portabella Mushroom Soup during the winter months.

All reservations are final. Head count 1 week prior to event. For example, if you say 100 people are attending, you will pay for 100 people, regardless of actual attendance.

Spinach Artichoke Tarts, Mini Cheese balls, Sausage & Cheese Tray with Crackers, Cocktail Meatballs,  Egg Rolls OR Chicken Kabobs with Peanut Sauce, Stuffed Mushrooms, Double Chocolate Espresso Brownies, Savanna Cheesecake Cookies, Sugared Pecans, Coffee and Iced Tea.

Garden Party-$12.00 per person

Cucumber Sandwiches, Gourmet Chicken Salad on Mini Croissants, Mini Quiche, Shrimp Tortellini Salad, Fruit Salad, Mini Cheesecakes, Calla Lily Cookies, Coffee and Iced Tea.

Dinner Buffet I - $14.00 per person

Chicken Parmesan, Beef  with Black Diamond Red Sauce, Rosemary Red Potatoes or Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Rice Pilaf, two Vegetables, Salad, Dinner Rolls, Assorted Desserts, Coffee and Iced Tea.

Dinner Buffet II - $16.00 per person

Mustard Encrusted Pork Tenderloin, Black Pepper Encrusted Prime Rib,  Sautéed Asparagus with Snow Peas, Glazed Carrots, Garlic Mashed Potatoes or Rice Pilaf, Salad, Dinner Rolls, Assorted Desserts, Coffee and Iced tea.
